Nature’s Table to open in Jacksonville!

El AD Florida, owners of the AT&T Tower, soon to be renamed EverBank Center, announced that Nature’s Table Cafe will operate and manage the refurbished restaurant and cafe space on the second floor of the Downtown building at 301 W. Bay St. The projected opening date is September 2012. El Ad Florida said it will invest more than $1 million in the cafe refurbishment in anticipation of the relocation of EverBank’s 1,600 employees from the suburbs to the tower. El Ad said Orlando-based Nature’s Table operates more than 75 locations in 12 states. Dick Larsen, President and Founder of Nature’s Table stated, “In over 35 years of doing business, I have never been more excited about a project than this one with EverBank Center.”

Orlando Chili Cook-Off

On March 3rd, Nature’ s Table participated in the annual Orlando Chili Cook-Off at Baldwin Park in Orlando, Florida. We were delighted to receive a 2nd place trophy for our award winning Vegetarian Chili. All proceeds from the event went to support the Special Olympics, The wounded Warrior Project, Lone Sailor project, and a Gift for Teaching. Congratulations to all the winners!!!

Seminole State College’s Dream Gala

Nature’s Table was proud and delighted to be a Dream Gala Title Sponsor for the Seminole State College annual gala event. The event took place on February 11th, 2012 and raised money to provide resources that support academic excellence, increase classroom and teaching enhancements, and for awarding scholarships. A heartfelt thank you goes to the Bennett’s for organizing this most worthy cause and providing Seminole State College with continued support!

Nature’s Table Opens Two on January 10th 2012

Nature’s Table was so excited to opened two new locations on January 10th, 2012, both to two current Franchisees. One location is at the Corporate Center IV Building in Tampa Florida and the second is located in Englewood, Colorado.

Congratulations goes to two of our current franchisees who both have just opened new locations!

First, the owners of the Colorado Springs location just celebrated their grand opening of their second location in Englewood Colorado. This location will be owned and operated by their son, Jeramie.

Also, another grand opening took place January 10th at the Corporate Center IV building in Tampa, Florida. They are already planning another opening in the Tampa area scheduled for May.

We wish both locations continued success!!!!

Cathy Classic 2011 Golf Tournament

Hats off to the Hasselberger family for organizing the 12th annual Cathy Classic 2011 Golf Tournament to Honor Dave’s sister, Cathy. The event was a huge success and included 80 Golfers with 20 Volunteers at the Kissimmee Bay Country Club. All proceeds are donated to the John Wayne Cancer Institute, in Santa Monica, California for melanoma research in Cathy’s name.

Ride2Recovery

Dick Larsen, Barb Larsen and Cynthia Morrell participated in the 2nd annual Ride2Recovery-Seminole Cyclefest 24 mile bike ride on October 2, 2011 in Lake Mary, FL.

Ride2Recovery is produced by the Fitness Challenge Foundation (501C3) in partnership with the Military and VA Volunteer Service Office, to benefit Mental and Physical Rehabilitation Programs that feature cycling as the core activity.

National Harbor Opens-no thanks to Hurricane Irene

Nature’s Table Franchise Company welcomes our newest location in the National Harbor area of Maryland. While we love being ushered into a new town with fanfare, we would have rather not shared the stage with Hurricane Irene! Thankfully, she did not undo all the preparations we made just prior to her arrival. National Harbor Nature’s Table Cafe-keeps it fresh for the DC area just in time for Labor Day weekend 2011!
